First of all, keep the product at room temperature, it will be harder to melt if it stays in the cold. I took a hazelnut-sized amount every day and spread it on my belly with my body heat. And it became creamy and made my belly super soft. It stayed moist, not wet, all day. I was wrapping it with my old t-shirt so that my clothes wouldn't get dirty every time, just a tip for you too. The smell is not very strong, but don't expect a perfume effect. It's 100% natural oil, that's the main issue with the nice smell. It finished in 6 months, I only mixed it with bio-oil in the last 3 months and increased it to 2 times a day to be sure. My genetics were quite prone to stretch marks.
