These are the terms and conditions (Sales Conditions) that will apply to all product purchases (“shopping”) made from Dr. Mom Hand using our website, including gift cards and e-gift cards. By ordering products through www.drmomhand.com, Dr. Mom Hand microsites, or mobile sites or mobile applications (collectively our “Website”) or by phone, you accept and confirm the binding nature of these Sales Conditions. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipment. All billing information must be provided accurately and completely. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of your order as it would constitute a violation of the Terms of Sale. Dr. Mom Hand reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity and billing information before accepting an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment method) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other payment account) in the amount of the charge. If your order or any part of it is canceled or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will contact you. Dr. Mom Hand may request pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization is not billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. The length of this hold is determined by your card issuer. We do this to ensure that your card details are still valid and that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the product(s). For most orders, your card will not be charged until the order is shipped; however, orders paid for with a gift card or e-gift card (collectively, “Gift Card”) or PayPal account are charged at the time the order is placed. Dr. Mom Hand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of products per person, per household, per email address, per IP address, or per order for any reason. These limitations may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, email address, and/or IP address. Some orders cannot be processed due to any error in the information you have provided, including but not limited to: incorrect credit or debit card number, expiration date and/or card security number or other payment information; incorrect billing information (e.g., if the billing information you provided does not match the information on file with your financial institution); insufficient or incorrect shipping address (including street, city, state, area code, or postal code); or any suspected fraudulent information. Purchase Delivery Delays or Product Supply Issues If an item in your order is delayed in leaving our distribution center, is out of stock, or if there is an error on our website regarding your order (e.g., an error related to the pricing or description of the product), Dr. Mom Hand may cancel the order. If this occurs, we will notify you.

Products sold on our website are for personal use only and may not be resold. It is strictly prohibited to resell our products for personal or commercial gain. Any order that appears to be for resale purposes will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders. Dr. Mom Hand reserves the right to cancel any order that exhibits characteristics of high volume, frequent repeat orders, orders placed by distributors or resellers (retailers), or the use of freight forwarding. Dr. Mom Hand also reserves the right to cancel subsequent orders from these customers. Resale under this Agreement is defined as the purchase or attempt to purchase products from Dr. Mom Hand for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale with third parties.

Dr. Mom Hand may refuse to accept any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a history of fraudulent orders. We may also refuse any order linked to a disputed credit card in the past. If Dr. Mom Hand rejects your order due to a pricing error or other product information mistake, we will notify you via the email address you provided and ask if you wish to reorder after the information in question has been corrected. If we do not receive a response from you within seven days, Dr. Mom Hand may cancel the order.

The products offered on our website are limited to stock availability. The prices listed on our website are in TL and are valid only within the territory of TR. Dr. Mom Hand reserves the right to update and correct the information on our website at any time without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for incorrect information or any information published on our website. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice. In cases where the product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the product order given at the incorrect price. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Crypto Wallet. Gift Cards are available for online purchase in increments of 300 TL, 500 TL, 1000 TL, 1500 TL, 2000 TL, 2500 TL, 3000 TL, 4000 TL, 5000 TL. Gift Cards can be used online or at any Dr. Mom Hand store. When you purchase a Gift Card, sales taxes, if applicable, will be added in addition to the usual shipping charges.

From time to time, Dr. Mom Hand offers promotions via emails, catalogs, letters, and advertisements. When you sign up and agree to receive promotional notifications from Dr. Mom Hand, you will receive email promotions and offers containing special codes valid for free shipping and other discounts. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that excessive abuse or misuse of promotional codes and other promotions may result in the cancellation of the order or product. To ensure fair reimbursement and distribution of promotions to our registered customers, Dr. Mom Hand may restrict reimbursement per person, per household, per email, per IP address, or per order for any reason. Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be terminated with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Standard shipping is free for orders of 1500 TL and above! Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Konya and will reach you within 3-5 business days after your order is accepted. Out of Stock Products: We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your product is out of stock, we will contact you regarding your order. Dr. Mom Hand does not backorder.

Only valid for purchases made at Dr. Mom Hand stores in TR or at www.drmomhand.com. All returns and product exchanges are made against a sales receipt. Promotions are not valid for exchanges. Products paid for in cash can only be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. Cash refunds are not available.
